Eden Hazard has been long rumored of possible travel to Santiago Bernabeu. Chelsea’s No. 10 been regarded as the Spanish giants’ priority to fill the void of Cristiano Ronaldo and replace the likes of Gareth Bale in the club.
Many have been excited about the possible transfer, but former Crystal Palace chairman and talkSPORT pundit Simon Jordan believe the deal will just not happen. With the Belgian’s contract to end in 2020, Hazard is expected of a possible exit this Summer. And failing to win any major trophies with The Blues, had further fueled the rumors.
At the same time, Chelsea are having a hard time bringing in any prodigy into the team due to their transfer ban. This has made Jordan into believing the Blues have no need to sell their star player.
I don’t think it’s necessarily a foregone conclusion that he’ll go to Madrid because I think Chelsea have still got a lot of lure about them.
